Eduardo's Journey

Born in the vibrant city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and raised in the culturally rich atmosphere of Cochabamba, Eduardo Zambrana's journey into the world of performing arts began at an early age. At just four years old, Eduardo took his first steps onto the stage, captivating the audience with a heartfelt recitation and enactment of a poem at his school. This moment ignited a spark within him, fueling his passion for the performing arts.

Enrolling at Hughes School for the Performing Arts in first grade, Eduardo delved deeper into the world of dance and music, immersing himself in the beauty of Bolivian folk dances. It was here that he discovered his love for dance, setting him on a path of artistic exploration and self-discovery. However, Eduardo soon encountered the limitations of Bolivia's resources for the performing arts, with few avenues available for pursuing a professional career in dance. Undeterred by these challenges, Eduardo's determination only grew stronger, fueling his resolve to seek opportunities beyond his homeland. This determination has helped him become a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator in the US, and he wishes to continue elevating the art of dance across the world.

His dream? To one day return to Bolivia and sow the seeds of opportunity for future generations of artists, nurturing the growth of dance careers in his beloved country.
